Started in 1970 as Govt Rural Dispensary.
 Upgraded to PHC in 1984 and 24x7 CHC in 2004. Hospital provides various preventive and supportive services. The Hospital Management Committee chaired by  Block Panchayath President is the authority to take decisions regarding the hospital matters.  chcperiye.blogspot.com
